Hello, thanks for visiting! I am a licensed professional counselor and licensed marriage and family therapist. I was born and raised in Columbia County and I'm passionate about serving locally. I have been practicing counseling for over 10 years and have had experience in a wide range of mental health conditions as well as relationship concerns. I currently have availability -10/8/2026. Most common areas I work within include anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, OCD, depression, and ADHD. I commonly utilize a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with Attachment focus, to assist with skill building of action oriented methods to help with symptoms, as well as deeper meaning process to identify and heal the origin of symptoms. I utilize Gottman Method Couples counseling when working with couples. Sessions typically look like a mixture of skill building and process while I support you within your treatment plan goals. I am purposeful in session while giving tangible resources to build your toolbox, and I am passionate about finding and targeting the underlying driver of symptoms.
